Discounted tickets to NZSO performances are available for school groups. <h3>Attending a concert with your school group </h3>Are you looking for innovative teaching ideas and new ways to increase your students’ knowledge and enjoyment of symphonic music? Help your students experience the wonders of live music in a theatre setting at a special discounted price. The NZSO provides discounted tickets for school groups on a limited basis for each of our performances. <ul><li>Student tickets are $10 (must have a minimum of 6 students), $20 for each teacher for most concerts. </li></ul><ul><li>For the following concerts, tickets are $15 (must have a minimum of 6 students), $25 for teachers.</li></ul><a target="_blank" href="/the-nzso/events-tickets/events/pictures-at-an-exhibition">Pictures at an Exhibition</a> <a target="_blank" href="/the-nzso/events-tickets/events/mahler-6">Mahler 6</a> <a target="_blank" href="/the-nzso/events-tickets/events/symphonic-dances">Symphonic Dances</a>  <a target="_blank" href="/the-nzso/events-tickets/events/joyce-didonato">Joyce DiDonato: Summer Nights</a><ul><li>Two complimentary teacher tickets for groups with 20+ students </li></ul><ul><li>Additional adult tickets are $20/$25 (unless the number of adults exceeds the ratio below) </li></ul><ul><li>Seats are in C or D reserve. </li></ul><ul><li>No less than a 2:1 student to teacher/adult ratio – any adults above this ratio are charged at full price. </li></ul><ul><li>Bookings can be made via email (<a target="_blank" href="mailto:ticketing@nzso.co.nz">ticketing@nzso.co.nz</a>) or phone (0800 479 674 option 1) </li></ul><ul><li>Payment can be by credit card or bank transfer. </li></ul>
